| Start with a nice big effleurage, sweeping from the lower back, up the spine then gently up the sides back to the lower back. Outspread your hands then run them up the back, applying pressure to the sides of the spine. Then massage the lower back using petrissage and effleurage, and smoothly work your way up the spine. Remember, never massage directly onto the spine, only the sides. Repeat again starting lower this time, at the buttocks; remember sweeping effleurage then lots of little petrissage around the tense areas. | ![]() |

| Try to work into a sensual rhythm, concentrate on making all your movements flow and join together. Imagine what you would like, let all your outside thoughts go and just be in the motion. Tell your partner to breath deeply, but not raise their rib cage up and down, just for them to concentrate on their breathing and relax. |
